H & I Representative: Gerry S. shared, as an ex problem drinker, I’ve been gifted with an opportunity of a new life without alcohol. Early on H & I provided me with this opportunity to practice that new life by helping those unable to attend meetings. Last Sunday, I took a meeting to La Cima Conservation Camp on Mt Laguna. I always ask the inmates if they wish to share. One man shares with tears in his eyes that he relates to my story and thank you so much for bringing a meeting to us. We then circled up and shared the Serenity Prayer. I experienced the miracle of carrying the message through H & I. I’m grateful for AA in my life. These fulfilling moments come to all those that volunteer their experience, strength and hope. So please volunteer your support. rd
