Old Business: There was none.
New Business: Jerry, Alt Delegate shared Area’s activity with the meeting guide app.
CEC Adhoc Committee (Cooperating w/Elder Community): Jean shared the committee Mission Statement: to provide information about Alcoholics Anonymous to senior citizens at places where seniors might gather; and to caregivers of these seniors. We have a similar mission to Public Information, with a different demographic. CEC & PI will be manning a booth at the “Homeless Event”
1.We have done 4 presentations this year. 2.Left 6 Pamphlet Racks (specific to seniors)

3.Large print copies of the Big Book.

PROGRAM COMMITTEE: Arnie reported that Anniversary of Alcoholics Anonymous in San Diego Breakfast November 9th was a success. Arnie expressed the committee’s gratitude to all of the volunteers that helped with the setup, cooking and cleanup. Thank you so much.
PUBLIC INFORMATION COMMITTEE: Rick, Chair reported it was a short meeting with 3 members and Jean, CEC Adhoc Committee.
1. There are no events for November. Next upcoming event will be in January for the homeless. Will have table with literature.
2. Public Information is a terrific opportunity to be of service. Please join us at our next committee meeting on First Monday of month @ Central Office- 6 pm.
OLD BUSINESS:
1. Pete, Assistant Council Chair reported
results of vote for 2020 San Diego Intergroup Budget were 29y 2n. Passed.
