About This Report

Xperien Pty Ltd is pleased to publish our Condensed Sustainability Report 2021, a summary of our GRI
Sustainability Report 2021. This is an on-going initiative to engage the business community and all our
stakeholders as we deepen our CSR efforts.
CSR is a strategic focus for us, we believe that a successful enterprise should weave social responsibility
into the fibre of its business. As a leading provider of ITAD services in South Africa and on the African
continent, our innovative product offering continues to contribute to a thriving circular economy. We are
aware of the substantial responsibility it has towards the community, the environment and to our
employees.

This report outlines our CSR strategy and approach as well as our achievements in 2020/2021. It also explains
how we develop industry solutions that enhance the efficiency of business processes. Our report introduces
our initiatives that have an impact on communities, environmental protection, and employee development.

We recently refreshed our strategy and set a clear focus on “Why aren't you in the Circular Economy?”. This
report emphasises our innovative approach towards encouraging the circular economy and towards
elongating the lifecycle of IT assets.
As a prominent player within the ITAD industry, we comply with ISO standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001,
and ISO 45001. We are also in the process of obtaining R2 certification. This condensed report supplements
the Annual Financial Report and has been developed with reference to the guidelines of the Global Reporting
Initiative (GRI) as well as the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC).
We are committed to engaging a wide group of stakeholders in driving the implementation of our CSR
initiatives. In so doing, we aim to continue building a sustainable ITAD company that brings benefits to users,
entrepreneurs, developers, and partners – while creating value for our shareholders.
