VEGE CHIPS SPICE-UP ITS LINEUP
Snack company Vege Chips has extended its traditional range with a hot new flavour. The plant-based Chilli Vege Chips feature hints of paprika, jalapeno, shallot leaf and garlic, with no nasty additives.
Free from nuts, soy, eggs, petrochemicals, GM ingredients, artificial colours and preservatives, the Chilli range is also dairy-free and gluten-free, meaning people with allergies or intolerances can also enjoy them.
Vege Chips managing director Rob Crisfield said the release of its fiery new flavour follows the surge in demand for spicy snack foods.
“We recognise there was a gap in the market when it came to healthier snack alternatives that pack a chilli punch,” says Crisfield.

NORT: “ALL THE FLAVOUR, NONE OF THE FUZZIES”
Australia’s 100 per cent crafted non-alcoholic beer Nort has launched the world’s first non-alcoholic Pacific Ale as part of its range. There’s also a Refreshing Ale, Tropical XPA and All Day IPA. Nort is brewed naturally, unlike other beers in the zero category.
Nort co-founder and owner Jaz Wearin said: “We worked hard on the recipe, ingredients and brewing process to ensure this was 100 per cent non-alcoholic, but also 100 per cent crafted beer. As a brewery owner and beer fanatic, I realised there was a massive need to grow the non- alcoholic beer category with a carefully crafted and rich in flavour non-alcoholic beer.”
Nort is available in bottle shops and online platforms.
