with Estate and Infrastructure Group. We want to continue to develop that strong relationship and to lean further into the maritime and land domains through providing solutions to CASG. We provide asset management and maintenance services for Army through our Defence Maintenance and Support Services Contract with Joint Logistics Command, and we are keen to lean further into the brigades by provid- ing these services on behalf of the OEMs within training and operations to enable a more efficient service.
ADM: What do you see as the biggest opportunities for your company on the horizon?
GEORGIA: We are looking to provide more capabilities in CASG projects. The Ventia business provides services to more than 10,000 works sites across Australia supporting Defence, Critical Infrastructure, Health and Education, Mining, Oil and Gas and more. Our breadth and depth mean we can offer capabilities to Defence and lessons learned through the services we provide to other sectors.

The culture of the organisation is fantastic, second to none, and what I really like about Land Forces is that everyone we’ve spoken to has been keen to engage with Ventia. Of course, Ventia is really keen to engage with everyone, from the primes right down through to the SMEs.
ADM: Does Ventia have a Reconciliation Action Plan, and what does it involve?
BOTH: Yes. In 2009, our legacy company, Broadspectrum, became the first services organisation in Australia to have a registered Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). After Ventia acquired Broadspectrum in 2020, Reconciliation Australia endorsed our RAP as “Broadspectrum – a Ventia Company Reconciliation Action Plan”.
Our RAP holds elevate status which means we have a proven track record of embedding effective RAP initiatives, have a strong strategic relationship with Reconciliation Aus- tralia and actively champion initiatives to empower Aborigi-
