The Local Manufacturing Package, the first of many industry packages from
Naval Group, will be a major boost for the Australian manufacturing industry.
The package will inject new skills and technologies into the local manufacturing industry to create specialised submarine parts right here in Australia.
Naval Group has been building submarines for over 100 years. Over the next three decades, we will be working with Australian industry to build 12 Attack Class submarines for the Royal Australian Navy – creating thousands of new jobs and providing a secure future for both local businesses and the country.
