Massivit goes big in 3D
Massivit 3D Printing Technologies, a leading provider of large-volume 3D printing solutions, has launched the industrial- grade Massivit 5000 3D
imed at the sign and display market, amongst others, Massivit 3D printers are able to produce 3D graphics of
anything, in large format.
Now the company is launching
the Massivit 5000 3D, a new printer designed to expedite large-volume custom manufacturing, tooling
and prototyping for the visual communication, scenic fabrication and other industries. It says lead times for large-volume prototyping, tooling and custom manufacturing will be up to 30 times the production speed of other technologies.
Massivit is imported into Australia by Stick on Signs and is sold through Graphic Art Mart, with the large
3D capability used in various sign applications.
Based on the company’s patented Gel Dispensing Printing (GDP) technology – already adopted across 40 countries for cost-effective production of large, custom parts
– the Massivit 5000 offers a range
of resolutions, print modes, and materials which the company says optimises quality, fidelity, and speed requirements for various industries. New automation features and capabilities also allow operators to improve workflow efficiencies and enable even easier monitoring and operations.
This latest addition to the Massivit 3D portfolio of large-volume 3D printers facilitates fast production of jobs up to 145cm x 111cm x 180cm. They instantly cure during the printing process, so are ready straight off the printer without the need for
