FIND FINE FOOD IN SYDNEY THIS SEPTEMBER
Fine Food Australia is back this September at the ICC in Sydney, giving food industry professionals the opportunity to explore more than 1000 exhibitors over four days.
From 9–12 September, Fine Food will host around 23,000 visitors at the food industry trade event, as it showcases the latest innovations and trends from the food service, retail, bakery and hospitality sectors.
This year’s exhibition will feature a number of demonstrations and competitions, such as the Innovations in Patisserie Stage presented by Callebaut, the Nestlé Golden Chef’s Hat Award National Final, as well as the Australian Culinary Challenge.
A range of business seminars, including Talking Trends as presented by NCR and Freedom Foods’ Talking Shop, as well as a Woolworths’ Meet the Buyer event will also take place at Fine Food. The aim is to give industry
professionals the chance to hear how to develop their business.
Fine Food Australia event director Minnie Constan says: “Being the largest food trade show in the Southern Hemisphere, and celebrating our 35th year, keeps this event constantly reinventing to bring visitors what they need to grow their business.

At the exhibition hall, exhibitors from a range of product category backgrounds, including food, drinks, tea and coffee, healthy living, hospitality and retail technology, dairy world, equipment, and packaging.
