to wallpapers and wallcoverings, protective laminates to mounting films, Eaton says Neschen has a PVC- free option for “almost any interior or short-term exterior application”.
Designed for application on flat surfaces, Easy Dot self-adhesive vinyl has the adhesive applied in dots, rather than in a traditional smooth coating. Neschen says this allows bubble free and simple application with air being able to travel between the dots. According to the company the fire-rated media provides residue- free removal from many surfaces.
The company says it is easy to install and remove, and is suited for promotional graphics on windows, walls and floors.

align with its ecological values,
and meet industry sustainability standards. The company strives to support industry suppliers who adhere to environmental best practice.
One of the ranges in its sustainable portfolio is the Dispa range of sustainable paperboards, offering both outdoor and indoor solutions. Dispa are the eco-friendly paper boards giving what HVG says are “outstanding results” for screen and digital printing. They are made of FSC-certified paper, and are 100 per cent recyclable.
Thanks to a non-directional core structure, Dispa paperboards offer what HVG says is an “optimal level of flatness and excellent dimensional stability”, and they are also lightweight. HVG says one of the major advantages of the Dispa range over corrugated board is its equally high level of rigidity, both lengthwise and crosswise.
HVG says Dispa is the “perfect solution” for indoor promotional campaigns, ceiling-mounted suspended signs, display stands and POS/POP applications, as well as for short-term outdoor advertising and signage (Dispa outdoor). Dispa paperboards are 100 per cent recyclable.
Decal Think Green
The Decal range of self-adhesive print film and lamination film products stocked and sold in Australia by Kissel + Wolf feature
an environmentally friendly acrylic adhesive in two versions. For the removable adhesive products, Decal uses a high-quality water-based adhesive, featuring low odour with clean removal leaving no residue. Available in polymeric or monomeric high opacity film / face stock, Decal removable self-adhesive range of products is for applications where you want the message to stay, but have no residue remaining after it is removed. It is suitable for all roll-to- roll printing methods, including UV, latex and eco solvent inkjet printers.
For the permanent adhesive products, Decal uses its UV adhesive
(acrylic hot melt, solvent free with UV cure) featuring high tack, resistance to heat and humidity, FDA and ISEGA certified for food and human contact. This high tack perm adhesive is also available in polymeric or monomeric high opacity film / face stock. Decal removable self-adhesive range of products is for applications where you want the message to stay stuck. Suitable for all roll-to-roll printing methods including UV, latex and eco solvent inkjet printers.
This UV adhesive comes into
its own with the Decal range of monomeric, polymeric and PVC-free lamination films, offering a high- performance, crystal-clear finish, with perfect adhesion to all ink types.
The latest offering in Decal’s Think Green range of self-adhesive sign
and display products is its PVC-free range of films. The company says these PP (polypropylene) films have characteristics that allow you to print, laminate and decorate with a guarantee of sustainability. PP films only contain carbon and hydrogen, and their production does not involve plasticisers, nor the formation of dioxins such as hydrogen chloride and hydrochloric acid. Furthermore, they are resistant to different chemical solvents, acids and bases. The best part is that PP is recyclable.
Orafol PVC-free
Orafol is responding to the increasing global demand for PVC-free solutions for the graphic industry. At Fespa it presented other PVC-free films and laminates as alternatives to the standard range. The innovative and partly new OraJet products were specially developed for the high demands
in the advertising and automotive sectors, including a PVC-free alternative for vehicle wrapping and other long-term applications, and OraJet polypropylene films offer a wide range of applications for PVC- free temporary advertising. 21
