Naturally Good 2021 was back at the ICC in Sydney this year, showcasing the latest brands and products in natural and organics sector. Food & Drink Business rounds up what caught our eye.
2QUEST BEVERAGES – CALM & STORMY
Calm & Stormy is Australia’s own volcanic mineral water. It comes in still, sparkling and fruit infused mineral water varieties and aims to “represent how we as people feel
– sometimes calm, sometimes stormy,” said Raeburn. The water has been filtered through volcanic rock and is then packed in a 100 per cent recyclable can or in recyclable glass bottle. Calm & Stormy comes in four fruit flavours – Blood Orange, Tasmanian Raspberry, Pink Lady Apple, and Lemon Lime – as well as its Plain Still and Plain Sparkling varieties.

 I AM GROUNDED – FUNCTIONAL COFFEE FRUIT SNACKS
The team at I Am Grounded is making better-for-you functional snacks from upcycled coffee fruit waste. Its range of three snack bars – The 9am, The 3pm and the Pick Me Up – aim to be a way to snack sustainably as the team looks to take a closed loop approach to the coffee production cycle. The pair are this issue’s Rising Star on page 8.
