After four long years, Australia’s leading food and beverage manufacturing expo – foodpro
– is back. From 25-28 July, at Sydney Showground, the latest equipment, technology, ideas and leading minds will gather. The Food & Drink Business team will be there, so make sure you say hello. Kim Berry writes.
SO much has happened since the last time everyone came together at foodpro in 2017 – natural disasters, some on a catastrophic scale, and a global pandemic top the list.
Foodpro event manager Melissa Clendinen said it adds even more meaning to this year’s event. “What we do now really matters – not just for our own industry, but the growth of the entire country,” she says.
For four days, the country’s food manufacturing and processing decision makers will come together for collaboration, product launches, showcasing new technology and expert education sessions.
