These included the 60

D&K Europe Flying Knife, the compact Neptune, and the range of Starglazers laminators, available in four varying sizes, with the foiling uptake rollers to produce short run foiling work. 21

which company owner Neil Southerington said is efficient and simple to use, and “is great for any in-house or industrial operation”.
Manufactured in the UK under the auspices of Kolbus, the Autobox range enables print businesses to offer on-demand short run custom sized boxes to a growing market, with custom boxes in high demand. 21
Konica Minolta launches new C7100
onica Minolta launched its new production print unit, the AccurioPress
C7100, at the show, it had its AccurioLabel 230 digital label press on display, and the MGI JetVarnish digital embellishing system.
The AccurioPress C7100 incorporates the key features
of the successful AccurioPress C14000 Series and AccurioPress C4080 Series, which were also both on display. Konica Minolta says that from intelligent automation and enhanced finishing to quality, advanced capabilities, and exceptional durability, the new machine will give printers “the power to grow their businesses through a press that works smarter”.
The new AccurioPress C7100 runs at 100 colour pages per minute with the AccurioPress C7090 at 90ppm. Konica Minolta says that with a focus on optimising performance,

the entire business, the AccurioPress C7100 series is designed to complete more jobs with innovative technologies. It combines a range of innovative technologies, and comes with a choice of controller options to “suit just about any workflow” with options from Konica Minolta, EFI and Creo, and it has a large range of flexible inline finishing options including the
TU-510 and IQ-501. Konica Minolta had its
full-service label offering, incorporating the globally successful AccurioLabel 230 and the Grafisk Maskinfabrik range of finishing solutions, on show for the first time. Konica Minolta has just partnered with Grafisk Maskinfabrik, to offer its ultra-compact DC350Nano and DC330Mini label finishers to customers in Australia and New Zealand. 21
    Jet shows Screen SAI label press
 Jet Technologies was showcasing the new Screen L350UV SAI digital labels and flexibles press, which comes with longer-run capability, and is targeting flexo jobs.
