Haier partners with Arden Homes
HAIER HAS ANNOUNCED a partnership with Arden Homes to install its units into homes constructed by the award-winning builder.
Haier’s national sales manager for air condi- tioning, Jason Brown, said the two companies are aligned in vision and strategic direction.
“Haier and Arden Homes carefully select the brands and suppliers they work with,” Brown said.
“It is a perfect brand partnership that will see continued growth in the marketplace. Haier’s partnership with Arden Homes will enable hun- dreds of households to enjoy year-round thermal comfort provided by a Haier’s Ducted Air Condi- tioning system.”
Arden Homes, a premium home builder in
Melbourne, Victoria, offers a range of luxurious and affordable houses designed by award-win- ning architects.
It places an emphasis on being energy effi- cient, environmentally friendly and integrates high-performance appliances into its homes.
“Through this partnership, hundreds of new homes will be fitted with a Haier Smart Power Outdoor 3Phase and High Static Ducted indoor unit in either 20.5kw or 24kw,” the companies said in a joint statement.
“The Smart Power systems operate quietly and efficiently.
“During installation the indoor unit can be disassembled into two lighter components, making the installation safer and easier where a
normal ducted system is not suitable.” Arden Homes director, Dean Morrison, said Haier can provide the builder with a whole-of-
home solution.
Moreover, he said Arden already use other
Haier appliances so the partnership can deliver cost savings and better support by engaging with both the F&P and Haier Group.
“Units are easy to install and have a slim-line aesthetic that complements the modern design of our homes,” Morrison said.
“We know Arden Homes’ customers will ap- preciate the energy efficiency, quiet operation and strong airflow of the units, as well as the convenience of Wi-Fi capability and Haier’s 24/7 customer care.”
 Resources for a healthy workplace
RECOGNISING THE NEED to make expert information available on Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and people’s health, CAREL is using its knowledge and experience to launch a website devoted entirely to healthcare.
At this especially delicate moment, CAREL said the site is primarily a reliable educational tool.
The company’s group head of sales, HVAC pro- jects and dealers, Stefano Ruzzon said CAREL’s goal is to help spread awareness on the positive relationship between relative humidity control and people’s health.
“Through this new website, we intend to dis- seminate knowledge that contributes to the cre- ation of healthy environments, with the aim of preventing infections, increasing productivity and ensuring the comfort of patients and staff,” Ruzzon said.
With three different sections, the site high- lights the close relationship between relative hu- midity control and air quality, and consequently personal well-being.
The site features both technical diagrams and more descriptive contents, providing a broad
overview of the topic ensuring it is readily acces- sible to different readers. Specific documents are also available, such as white papers and suc- cess stories.
Indoor air quality, being a critical element in people’s health and well-being, has always been at the centre of CAREL’s attention. Indeed the company has acquired significant expertise in
this area, as a result of its extensive experience in air conditioning, air handling and humidifi- cation, as well as its participation at specialist conferences and seminars and synergies with international networks aimed at disseminating and advancing knowledge.
“The healthcare website is designed primari- ly for consultants who need a reliable educa- tional tool before identifying solu- tions for healthcare facilities that are highly efficient and easy to install
and maintain,” Ruzzon said.
“At the same time, we hope that this site can also be a useful tool for end users, and a source of valuable information regarding the impact of relative humidity on a healthy
work environment.” https://healthcare.carel.com/
