RED ROCK DELI LETS CHEF’S FLAVOURS RULE
PepsiCo’s Red Rock Deli has teamed up with My Kitchen Rules judge and chef Colin Fassnidge to create the Red Rock Deli Chef Series, bringing the Dublin born chef’s three signature dishes to life in a chip – Braised Beef Brisket with Caramelised Onion, Crispy Pork Belly with Apple Sauce, and Portuguese Chicken with Lemon and Oregano.
Fassnidge said it wasn’t everyday your own dish could become a potato chip flavour. Using its iCrave Culinary Design Process, the Red Rock Deli team and Fassnidge worked together to develop the flavours.
“Getting in the kitchen with the team was such an incredible experience. The love and passion they have towards the brand shines
COOPERS COMES OF AGE
Cooper Brewery’s annual Vintage Ale turns 21 this year. As it comes of age, the 2021 vintage features Cashmere, an American dual-purpose hop with citrus, fruity and floral notes.
Coopers managing director and chief brewer Dr Tim Cooper said the ale is eagerly awaited each year and he expected this release to be no different.
“We’ve chosen a unique combination of hops in its creation and the result is a rich, balanced and full-bodied ale with floral and spice characters, along with tones of citrus and stone fruit. The 2021 Vintage Ale drinks well immediately, and if stored under cellar conditions, will become more complex over time as its flavours evolve and

From your breakfast bowl to your alternative milk, Uncle Tobys has introduced a range of vegan oat milks – Uncle Tobys Oat Milk, Barista-Style Oat Milk and Oat & Almond Milk. They are made from 100 per cent Australian oats and contain one third of recommended daily calcium and vitamins D, B12 and B2 intake.
Nestlé business manager Anna Stewart said as preferences and lifestyles continue to change, the company used its long-term experience to develop the range.
“We’ve been producing Australia’s favourite oats for more than 100 years, so being able to take our team’s expertise and create this brand-new range of oat milks is exciting. We’re committed to offering Australians the highest quality dairy alternatives to suit every taste and preference,” Stewart said.
Uncle Tobys Oat Milk is an all-rounder with a creamy taste. The Barista-Style Oat Milk has been made to deliver a café quality experience, while the Oat & Almond Milk has a nuttier flavour.
Uncle Tobys Oat Milks range is now available in the long-life milk section of Coles and independent supermarkets.
