at the Women in Collision seminar later this year which will take place in Syd- ney – depending on coronavirus restric- tions. The closed Women in Collision Fa- cebook group now has over 270 members who regularly share knowledge and opinions – all women in the industry are welcome to join.
If you have nominated
someone before and they were not selected as a winner please nominate again.
The seminar is all about networking and connecting with others in the in- dustry. We’ll start with lunch and then hear from a line up of inspirational speakers which includes Andrea McCa- rthy from McCarthy Panel Works in Mackay and the VACC’s Kathy Zdravevs- ki, Industry Policy Advisor who has a background in the insurance industry. After enjoying and learning from our presenters we’ll get on with presenting the awards, which will be followed by drinks and nibbles offering the opportu- nity for further networking.
NOMINATED BEFORE?
If you have nominated someone before and they were not selected as a winner, please nominate again. It’s a different panel of judges each year and maybe you just needed to add a bit more detail to the Survey Monkey judging form. The act of nominating your team member is what counts so that they know they are valued. We will publish all the names of the women nominated.
THE JUDGING PANEL
The judging panel is made up of the previ- ous year’s winners. The more information you put in the Survey Monkey form about why your nominee is an asset the better the chance she will have at winning.
