The Australian management and sales team has no less than 83 years of com- bined experience in the collision repair industry. Technical director David Weatherall has owned and run two suc- cessful businesses, Weatherall Prestige AutoBody and Brisbane BMW Bodyshop.
Nigel Blake, a panel beater by trade, is the Australian sales and installation manager. David and Nigel have worked together for twenty years and are sup- ported by the design engineers in Auck- land New Zealand.
Thermoflo’s unique designs and oper- ating systems are the brainchild of Govin- da Hu. Hu and his wife Radha founded the company twenty-seven years ago in New Zealand. Today they are one of the largest suppliers of spray booths to the collision repair industry in New Zealand.
Hu’s aeronautical engineering de- gree gives him the edge when it comes to designing ThermoFLO booths, paint mixing rooms and prep bays. Thermo- FLO products are designed to have op- timum airflow, reduced turbulence, and a dust free environment.
ThermoFLO strives for perfection in build quality. All 3000 Series booth panels are supplied in Snow White – an industry first – giving great colour accuracy.
The panels have a 60/60/60 fire rating, and the doors and windows use explosion-
proof glass. This is an advantage when in- suring your new ThermoFLO Booth.
Joe and Nick Woodriff from Woodriff Preferred Auto at Maroochydore, Queens- land chose ThermoFLO specifying a high end fit out which will serve as a demon- stration site for all of the innovations the company can offer prospective customers.
"The entire team at ThermoFLO have been extraordinary to deal with over the past 18 months during the colossal over- haul to our refinish department,” said Joe. “ We are now operating in two of our new 3000 series booths and state of the art paint laboratory and the team could not be happier. We have seen productivity in- crease dramatically and buffing and denib- bing has taken a back seat with quality lev- els at the best they have ever been.
“We are aiming to have stage three and our showroom complete by November and we are excited to showcase ThermoF- LOs products to the industry.”
ThermoFLO doors and window use explosion proof glass which can save on insurance premiums.
