Powder boosting powers
With demand for clean labelling continuing to rise, A S Harrison & Co’s range of 100 per cent Pure Meat Powders and Sustainable Sea Food Powders helps manufacturers develop products that fit the bill.
 THE versatility of A S Harrison & Co’s Meat and Seafood Powders makes them ideal to boost the flavour of any product.
The Meat Powder range consists of Chicken, Beef, Lamb, Pork, Ham, Bacon and Veal, and is available in organic, paste, and liquid formats based on suitability of application.
Its Seafood Powders include white fish, salmon, crab, lobster, codfish, prawn, shrimp.
The powders have no fillers or extenders and are made from natural meat and seafood, which guarantees authentic flavour profiles.

        Speedy stacking
For manufacturers of bacon, sliced goods or hamburgers, the Veserkal Multi Product Stacker can stack up to six products at a time to improve efficiency and productivity.
THE Veserkal Multi Product Stacker takes product from an input line, where a cord conveyor picks up the product and moves it to the dispensing unit. The auto dispenser quickly and accurately places interleaver paper or film under each burger.
The dispenser then moves the hamburger product to a second conveyor which takes it to the stacking unit. In the stacker, a revolver picks up the product and stacks it precisely on a conveyor to the packaging point. This system stacks up to six product units.
The Multi Product Stacker has a single action where interleaver paper or film is placed underneath your meat product before it is then stacked. The fast and easy interleaver roll swap keeps production humming.
Several advantages of Interleaving hamburgers or sliced
goods is to increase production output, whilst maintaining hygiene and product integrity for your customers.
The stacker can work with Veserkal’s Multi Lane Automatic Interleaver System to deliver larger volumes of sliced goods, mince portions, bacon or hamburgers.
The conveyor takes product in three lanes simultaneously, interleaving with paper or
film on the underside and moving product along your production line. The machine can raise output volumes by up to four times.
