   PLANT YOUR WATERS
If you thought there were no more ways for humans to find hydration, PlantWater is here to set your straight. Founder Jordan Coulter said it is the perfect hydration alternative to “everyday mundane refreshments” and is, “capitalising on society’s current infatuation with all things health and wellness”.
PlantWater features 18 natural nutrients including chlorophyll, calcium, and folate. Chlorophyll possesses anti-inflammatory properties, detoxifies the digestive system, stimulates weight loss, and interestingly, is a natural deodoriser for the human body, Coulter said.
Magnesium, Vitamin C, Potassium, and Iron are also included, with PlantWater’s ingredients said to boost immunity and energy levels, promote cell recovery, and aid with cognitive function.
  AN ANNUAL PINK GIN PILGRIMAGE
For the third year in a row, Four Pillars has collaborated with Melbourne’s floating bar Arbory Afloat to celebrate its annual Pink Gin. But this year is the first time it has been released to the public.
With citrus, spice, and a touch of Turkish delight, the limited release Alfoat Pink Gin is designed to transport your mind to the Mediterranean.
Four Pillars distiller Cameron Mackenzie said, “There’s no mistaking this is a Four Pillars Gin.
“It has intense aromas of citrus with both the orange and finger lime giving a bright, fresh character. The palate is a little different – pine forest juniper, light spice with a lingering Turkish delight character from the rose water.

“This is phase one of bringing PlantWater to the people, connecting with brands and businesses who live by a similar ethos to ours, one that
revolves around wellness.
“As word of mouth continues to boom, I see us
infiltrating more independents, cafes, gyms, hotels, and highly respected supermarkets across Sydney
before moving north to the holistic hub that is Byron Bay, and south to Melbourne,” Coulter said.
PlantWater is available through its website and selected gyms and food outlets.
“The light pink colour comes from the addition of carmine, the natural colour used in many liqueurs such as Campari.”
The bottle is also striking, with a label that captures the essence of an exotic European holiday; pink-tinged sunsets over the Turquoise Coast of Turkey.
Afloat Pink Gin is available for RRP $85 through the Four Pillars website, distillery, and Sydney laboratory.

name – Vegemite & Cheese – combines the iconic spread with Bega Cream Cheese. The arrival of Vegemite & Cheese marks the first time the Bega logo has appeared
on a Vegemite product since Bega Cheese bought the brand in 2017, returning Vegemite ownership to Australian hands.
Vegemite marketing manager Jacqui Roth asked, “What could be more iconic than the pairing of Vegemite and cheese?
“Vegemite understands that Australians are passionate about both, so we know they’re going to love this refreshed combination. If you ask us, we think that this mitey product tastes just like Australia, with cheese.”
The blend has a milder taste than standalone Vegemite, making it suitable for a range of uses and recipes.
“Vegemite & Cheese is perfect for scooping, snacking, or spreading – and if you’re looking for some recipe inspiration, we have released some great recipes to celebrate the relaunch of Vegemite & Cheese, from Vegemite nachos to a Vegemite & Cheese Pull Apart,” Roth said.
Vegemite & Cheese has no artificial colours, no artificial flavours, is gluten free and a source of B Vitamins. It is being rolled out nationally.
