                   Centa IP lands second pocket.watch property
CENTA IP has been officially named as the licensing agent for pocket.watch's Love, Diana franchise for Australia and New Zealand. As speculated by Toy & Hobby Retailer, the licensing firm has been named as the agent for the property in the ANZ region following the success of the Ryan's World franchise. Centa has hit the ground running on the project, with 11 Australian licensing partners already signed on to produce an array of consumer products. Centa IP CEO Gail Mitchell said that the business was thrilled to be collaborating with pocket. watch again. "We’re very excited to be working with pocket. watch again and building on their proven success in launching popular kids YouTube creator franchises, like Ryan’s World, here in Australia and New Zealand. Their newest creator franchise Love, Diana will be the next superstar for girls and we’ve built a strong consumer products line that will launch to the public in October 2020," she said. Haven signs YouTube star Blippi for ANZ

    LICENSING firm Haven has signed Moonbug Entertainment's Blippi for Australia and New Zealand. The YouTube entertainer and educator has grown to be loved by millions of 2-6-year olds worldwide, clocking up over 16 billion lifetime views and 650 million monthly views. Haven MD Tom Punch said that the property
is already off to a good start, with Banter Toys already on board. "We are absolutely thrilled to
add Blippi to our portfolio. We have been chasing this brand for years and are delighted through our relationship with Moonbug and their recent acquisition of the brand to welcome Blippi to the Haven family. Jazwares was named master toy licensee late last year and the range including figures, vehicles, plush and educational sets is already off to a good start, with distribution locally by Banter Toys," he said. ❉
 ◗ TOYMONSTER DEBUTS JURASSIC WORLD TOYS Melbourne-based toy business ToyMonster launched its first Jurassic World products in Australian stores in September. The business, which secured the global Jurassic World licence to manufacture and distribute toy products in 2019, launched the Jurassic World Captivz Slime Egg and Jurassic World Zoom-Riders ranges into Australian retailers. Captivz is ToyMonster’s take on collectibles for the franchise, while Zoom-Riders is a range of pullback cars.
