 DIY
I often think I fit into the world
Like a cork into a crevice.
Keeping to the corners, fitting creatively. Building bases and rebuilding second Opinions. I read the instructions,
I read the instructions again.
I take the nails apart and
Stare at the oaken carcass.
Infuriated, wondering which
Screw, or key, or nail I miss.
I read the instructions again, and
In the end it all just fits.
