Suzie knew it was time for courage. She was going to do
something, even though it made her feel scared. Like when she
took the stabilisers off her bike for the first time or when her
brother played his first sports game with everyone watching.
Suzie cautiously started the journey to the other side of the river.
As she stepped onto the first slippery stepping stone, out of
nowhere the bouncy balls started being fired at her! Suzie
decided she wasn’t going to let these obstacles get in her way.
She kept moving forward and with each step she felt more
confident. Suzie was feeling invincible singing her new favourite
song and dance.
She ducked, dived, moved her body and avoided all the bouncing
balls.
