Suzie’s red cheeks were burning

like fire, her heart was beating

so hard from running up the

stairs, she thought it would

jump right out of her chest.

As Suzie slumped on the toilet

stool, small, warm tears slowly

rolled down her face.

I’m sick of it Suzie thought to

herself. I’ve done all of my

school work, eaten all of my

dinner and I still can’t go to see

my friends.

It’s sooo boring!. It’s sooo

unfair! Suzie hadn’t seen her

friends or grandparents for two

whole years now (Okay, it was 2

weeks, but it felt like years).
