FEE PROPOSAL

1.00 Scope of Services

We refer to SCHEDULE Part 1 ‘’The Services. We have one minor point of clarification, reference clause 4.6.

2.00 Appointment

To be agreed, following Ryden PM insurers feedback.

3.00 Project budget

 Road Contract - £3.2 M,

 Infrastructure/Utilities - £1.2 M

 District Heating Pipework - £2.1 M.

4.00 Development programme (and the basis of the fee)

 Commence CA services : late summer 2017

 Complete CA Services : late spring 2018

 Total duration : 9 months

5.00 Fee

Contract Administrator Services—lump sum of £34,100 excluding VAT.

6.00 Exclusions
We have not included for large volume printing of drawings and documents. This is usually undertaken by the designers who produce this data.

We have not included for any off site or reference visits. However, we would not anticipate that this will be required.
