Wood Partners. It is located at 2600 N O
Orange Avenue in Orlando, Florida.

It is a seven-story project that J
wraps around a seven-story parking
garage with a pool on the top deck. The E
project is expected to be complete by the
end of the year. C

MOORINGS PARK GRANDE LAKE
Moorings Park Grande Lake in Naples is a multi H
-building retirement community with lake and
golf course views that will provide personalized I
healthcare services on site. To date, we have
finished five buildings, which consist of three G
different building types an 11, 12, and 24
units. We are currently working on building six H
(24 Unit) and seven (12 Unit) and will begin
working on building eight by mid to end of April. L
Each unit will be customized to the owner's
taste, from fixtures to appliances, even adding I
lighting and Smart home control.
Recently we were awarded six more buildings G
with a total contract value of $4,810,952.00.
Each building will be a separate contract, and
work is slated to start before the end of the year. H
