    Lack of enforcement of 6’ distance and the use of face masks.  Some people just
    do not get it.  We need to set an example.

    Each job site has multiple hand-washing stations near port-o-lets which are sepa-
    rated, and hand sanitizer stands located throughout the job.

    During the lunch hour and break times there is little to no social distancing.  Em-
    ployees need to remember to practice social distancing of 6’ or more at all times.                         A

    Several superintendents are taking pictures of employees and subcontractors’
    training cards to help track their required training.                                                       F

    procedures, in addition to COVID-19 problems.

    Several superintendents are reaching out to the safety department for help and                              Y
    letting us know their needs.

    Observing other trades that are not following the face covering requirements once
    they leave the job site—e.g. when carpooling.
    To Do More Than Expected:
    The MID Project Team for maintaining the social distance, using face shields, and
    wearing face coverings while still meeting the GC’s aggressive schedule.
