Wilks Funeral Home is pleased to offer a variety of burial plans. These easy to understand plans are designed
to provide you with some of our most common services at a discounted price. Each plan will allow you to cre-
ate a unique, personal and meaningful tribute based on your preferences.

These plans are a packaging of only our service fees and do not include related costs such as merchandise
(e.g. casket or vault), cemetery expenses, auto usage greater than a 60-mile radius, newspaper notices, death
certificates or other cash advance items. The prices above represent a package price.

Substitutions or deletions, other than noted, are not allowed. Must purchase merchandise (e.g. casket and
vault) to be eligible for package pricing.
