Obituary Form

This page can be used as a guide to assist you in writing an obituary for your loved one. When writing an obitu-
ary, there is no right or wrong as to what information you include in the final obituary. You can include as much
or as little information as seems appropriate to you and your family. One factor to keep in mind is that some
newspapers determine obituary costs by line, by inch or by word count. The majority of local newspapers charge
a flat daily fee for obituaries, however, they may charge additional for obituaries over a certain word count. You
will be notified of the daily obituary rates and if the obituary is subject to additional fees
