Healthy Caesar Salad

› 2 hard boiled eggs
› 1.5 rashers bacon
› 3 cups iceberg lettuce
› 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
CAESER DRESSING
› 2 heaped tbsp coconut or greek yogurt
› 1 tsp savoury yeast flakes (optional)
› 1 tsp olive oil
› 1 tbsp lemon juice
› 1⁄4 tsp onion powder
› 1⁄4 tsp garlic power
› Salt
› Pepper

 Boil eggs for 6-8 minutes.
STEP 2
Cook the bacon and chop lettuce.
STEP 3
Place all ingredients in a bowl and top with half of the dressing (this is made by simply whisking all of the ingredients together).

Eggs can be swapped to 100g grilled or poached chicken. Bacon can be swapped to 2 heaped tbsp. toasted pine nuts.
