Ch.39 Immigration, history, and population
Key points: Many parts of the earth are empty because there are
not many immigrants in many places.
Hypothesis 1: Most of China's population immigrated to Taiwan
around 1949
Hypothesis 2: Half of the population of the United States is of
Mexican origin, resulting from Mexican immigration
Possibility One: Because the population of the United States is a
descendant of immigrants, but there are not enough immigrants,
the population is not enough, or little.
Possible two; Canada is a descendant of French immigrants,
Australia is a descendant of British immigrants, Mexico is a
descendant of Spanish immigrants
Possible three: : The United States, Canada, Australia, Mexico,
the population is insufficient, not enough, little population,
because there are not enough immigrants.
Fact 1: The population peaks at about 100 years after the
immigration , the third generation, the immigrants count as the
first generation, and then populations decline.
