Palembang Songket is a traditional cloth from Palembang, South Sumatra.

It is one of the cultural heritages of the Palembang people and is still used today.

This cloth is well known for its beautiful patterns and the use of gold threads.
Palembang Songket is made by weaving fabric and adding gold threads

into it. The gold threads make the cloth look shiny, elegant, and special. The cloth

usually has simple patterns, such as flower and geometric motifs. These motifs
make Palembang Songket look unique and attractive.

Songket Tabur, Songket Limar, and Songket Bunga-Bunga. Each type has different

      thread, while others use less.
