Before you list your home consider having a home inspection. You will have the opportunity to learn if there are any major repairs needed and can address them prior to your house going on the market.

are a deterrent to most house hunters. Neutral colors are restful to the eye and appeal to the greatest number of buyers.
3UPDATES & REPAIRS
Take an unbiased look at your house to determine what updates and repairs are necessary. Consider both
the exterior and interior to improve the overall presentation of your
home. Establish a timeline and budget with a properly functioning home being your main goal.
FLOORING
The condition of your oors
will a ect the homes perceived value. Buyers want a home that is move-in ready and well maintained ooring is one of the most attractive features for buyers.

DEPERSONALIZING
Removing your personality allows buyers to visualize how their personality will work in your house. Remove personal photos, collections, toys, etc. Make your home as close to a blank canvas as possible.

Furniture placement is key for tra c to ow properly. Think about how the buyers will walk through each room and ensure there is plenty
of space to move freely. Keep lights on and curtains open during open houses and showings.
