What is your perfect “art day” and what places would you recommend newcomers to visit in order to get the most out of the art world in the city?
For me, a perfect art day is a day during which I create or work on a nice piece in my studio! I would encourage people to walk around in Bushwick and to take a look at some beautiful street artworks and to explore the area. I personally find a lot of inspira- tion by just exploring Brooklyn and looking at different street art by other artists. Sometimes I visit studios of fellow artists (I have my studio in a shared space where many artists create and (at least some of them) are eager to exchange ideas.
