the doctor handling the case all the necessary information about the patient to the best of their
ability. This includes the following:
a. Name, sex, and age.
b. Injuries sustained.
c. Vital Sign Readings. (more importantly which ones are poorly.)
d. Any additional information the Doctor could need.
3. Once the doctor has dismissed you, gather any equipment brought in with you and take the
opportunity to stock up on low supplies in the ambulance.
a. Also take the time to fill out paperwork for the logbook to keep record of your
patient(s).
4. Once both members are back in the ambulance, and ready to leave the Hospital, radio
Dispatch to let them know your back in service and ready to take on new calls.
