GORDON CENTER FOR Todd Jacobs, M.D., is a hospitalist in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He attended and
graduated from American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in

Dr. Jacobs joined Catholic Hospice in April 2013 as a Team Physician and later

Center located at Holy Cross Health. Since then Dr. Jacobs has been a leader in
