Uttle Red Riding Hood was a kind little 91r1 who always wore a br19ht red hood. One day she went to visit her
grandma with a basket of goodies. On the Wil)', she met a bi,g, bad wolf. The wolf ran ahead, dressed as
Grandma, and waited In bed.
Wl!en Uttle Red Riding Hood arrived, she natked Grandma looked stran.ge. 'To eat you better!' srowled the
wolf, jumpina towards her, but a kind woodcutter chased him away.

The Falt and the Cnane
A selftsh fox once asked a Crane to dinner. The Invitation made Crane very dellgflted, and she arrived at the fox's
" house on ttme, knocking on the door with her Ions beak. The fox escorted her to Ule supper table and gave
them both soup in shallow bowls. She couldn't eat any soup since Ule bowl was too shallow for her. The fox, on
the other hand, quickly lapped up his soup.
The stX>rk was upset and Irritated, but she didn't show It. She asked the fox to supper Ule next day to teach him
a lesson. The next dav Ule stork served soup In two tall thin vases as well. The stork sipped Ule soup from the
wse, but the fox was unable to do so due to his small neck. The fox realised he had made a mistake.
The Boy Who (lied WOif
u:mg ago, there was a young, cheeky boy who looked after some sheep near a village. The boy was often bored.
One day, he played a trick on the vlllagers to pass the time.
'Wolf, wolfl' he shouted loudly.
The vfllagers came running up the hlll to save the sheep. However, when Uley got there, there was no wolf. The
boy lauatied at them. 'I tricked you I: he said.
'You must not tell lie.st' said the villagers angrily and went back to the village.
He did this again, and the vlllagers came, but there was still no wolf. They got angry and left. Later that day, a
huge wolf attuallv came Into the fleld. The boy cried and cried, "Wolfl Wolfl" This lime, Ule vlllaaers didn't
believe him. No one came to help, and the wolf ate all 1he sheep.
The Ant and the Pigeon
One day, a little ant was walking near a river in search of food. Suddenly, it full into the river. It tried hard to
swim but was about to drown.
A kind pigeon saw the ant and dropped a leaf Into the water. The ant dlmbed on the leaf and floated to safety.
The ant thanked the pigeon and said, 'You saved mv life I I will never forget your kindness.'
later, a hunter tried UI catch the pigeon. The ant bit his toe, and the hunter dropped his net. The pigeon flew
away safetvl
The pigeon thanked the littfe ant for its help. They became good friends forever!

One afternoon a fox was walkllli through the forest and spotted a bunch of grapes han,ging from over a lofty
br.mch. 'Just the Ullng to quench mv thirst,' quoted Ule fox.
Takina a few steps back,, the fox jumped and jut mi~ the hanging grape.s. Apin the fox took a few paces back
and tried to reach them but still fililed to reach them.
Flnaltv, the fox decided to srve up and retum home. Wl!lle he walked away, he muttered, 'I'm sure the grapes
were sour anyway:
