Wall Walks:
Stand with your shoulder about
2 feet from the wall. Raise your
arm to shoulder level and gently
“walk” your fingers up the wall as
high as you can. Hold for a few
seconds. Then walk your fingers
back down. Repeat 3 times. Move
closer to the wall as you repeat.

What Are Symptoms Of Tendonitis?
Symptoms of tendonitis are produced near a joint
aggravated by movement and include pain,
weakness, tenderness, and possible mild swelling.
If inflamed enough the joint may be painful at all
times and cause difficulty sleeping at night.

When Do I Seek Medical Advise?
If you experience pain that interferes with your normal
day-to-day activities or have soreness that doesn’t
improve despite self-care measures, see your doctor.
He/she may be able to help you find ways to reduce
your discomfort. You may then be referred for
Physical or Occupational Therapy to decrease the
pain, and increase strength and range of motion.
