WORKING ON HANDS-ON SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES ARE A PART OF

THE NEXT WAVE INITIATIVES.

We do it by conserving energy at work sites, using green materials in projects, planting saplings,
cleaning up beaches, etc are just a few of our sustainability initiatives at ANJ. We believe in
digging deeper and focus on what matters most within those buildings: human beings.

Taking the 3R principle as the bedrock for VMWare, Pune workstation we took the green
concepts and techniques in the building sector, working on the IGBC guidelines for, inefficiency
and reduction towards LEED Gold certified. Theis concepts initiated to enhance occupant
health, happiness and well-being, to apply green concepts and reduce measurable
environmental impacts.

The VMWare workplace spaces designed by DWP architects divided as per the four-season
reminding us that change is the law of nature. With floor division as Winter, Autom, Rain and
Summer concept reflection personified through the integration of design and build tangents.
We summarised the concept though the colour coding the different floor spaces demarcated as
Blue, Yellow, Green and Orange defining the respective seasons, though signages and spaces
