PASEMBUR! The word itself defines a lot about food in Penang. Pasembur is kind of salad that you can only find in Ma-

laysia especially Penang. Pasembur is mixed of cucumber, bean sprouts, seafood, fish ball, sausages and so on and it’s
topped with spicy yet sweet nutty sauce. Explosion in every bites! That’s the only things that passed through our brain
when we first taste it.

And the best Pasembur in Penang (maybe even world) is in Esplanade Park, Georgetown, a little off road from our pre-

vious spots. You might need a car to arrive here! But the distance is just around 1.3km from Lebuh Tamil so walking is
possible. There’re lots of stalls but we would like to highlight on Gani Pasembur!
