1. Trainees were taught how to frame a cap using frame gauge.
2. Setting Procedures for Cap Frame.
Ø Pulling of Sweat band of cap outside.
Ø Setting the lid frame and fixing it using the lock mechanism.
Ø Releasing the cap when embroidery is done.
3. Caution when placing the cap, a clearance of 15 mm from the visor to the design is necessary
in order to prevent interference from the presser foot and the lid frame and to avoid any
damage to the frame.
4. Loading of Cap Design from memory.
5. Data Conversion. (To rotate design 180 degrees angle)
6. Starting of Cap design.
