INSTALLATION OF TAJIMA EMBROIDERY MACHINES
Both Tajima Embroidery Machines with respective model ( TFSN 920 & TFMX IIC 908 ) have
been installed, verified and tested and are running in good working conditions.
The installation procedures were consisted of :-
Ø Unpacking of Machines.
Ø Installation of thread stand and other accessories.
Ø Leveling of both machines.
Ø Verification of machines timing. (as per Tajima Technical Information)
Ø Oiling of movable parts where necessary.
Ø Idling.
Ø Embroidery Test.
Unpacking of Machines .
Both machines were unpacked from their steel casing at different time. TFMX IIC 908 model
was first setup and after a week and a half, TFSN 920 were installed.
