INSTALLATION OF TAJIMA EMBROIDERY MACHINES
Both Tajima Embroidery Machines with respective model ( TFSN 920 & TFMX IIC 908 ) have
been installed, verified, tested and are running in good working conditions.
The installation procedures were consisted of :-
➢ Unpacking of Machines.
➢ Installation of thread stand and other accessories.
➢ Leveling of both machines.
➢ Verification of machines timing. (as per Tajima Technical Information)
➢ Oiling of movable parts where necessary.
➢ Idling.
➢ Embroidery Test.
Unpacking of Machines .
Both machines were unpacked from their steel casing at different time. TFMX IIC 908 model
was first setup and after 10 days TFSN 920 were installed.
