Drawing Into Paint (Gr 3-4) VS07C19
Drawing and painting are the bedrock upon which many visual arts are built! Draw and paint in both familiar and challenging ways - painting from a distance or even making marks by taking color away. Participants in this program go beyond their comfort zone and stretch their ideas of art. This program culminates in an exhibit on Friday for family and friends.

Ready, Set, Throw! (Gr 5-8)

The potter’s wheel is one of the most awe inspiring tools an artist can use. Participants
in this perennial favorite program learn to transform clay from a lump to a useful, permanent piece of art! Whether this is their first time on the wheel or part of an ongoing clay journey, participants gain skill and demonstrate their creative spirit. This program culminates in an exhibit on Friday for family and friends. (Limit 7)
