GREAT TO MEET YOU! WHAT’S EARTHEN STUDIO ALL ABOUT?
Earthen Studio | Shop is a shared working studio housing Camellia Fiber Company, Sonadora, and Golden Apothecary. We also have a retail shop up front that carries our products as well as home goods, clothing, accessories and art from around the world. On Sunday afternoons we host a series of workshops covering everything from calligraphy to rug knitting to photography, and those are always a wonderful way to connect with our community.
WE CANNOT LEAVE WITHOUT BUYING...?
The Earthen Slip! It’s a lovely 100% linen slip dress that wears beautifully in our humid Nashville summer weather. It’s designed in-house and sewn by hand, and magically flattering on every woman. We like to call it our "night-to-day" piece...we sleep in it, wear it to work, out to dinner... and repeat.

If you are looking for a beautifully curated collection of yarn, fabric, and embroidery supplies, you must visit Craft South. It was opened a little over a year ago by the legendary fabric designer Anna Maria Horner, and Nashville is incredibly fortunate to have such a special craft supply shop.
WORDS FOR THE YARN MOVEMENT?
We love how yarn is trending away from synthetic and heavily processed fibers toward natural, more sophisticated ones. Also, as more and more people are embracing the handmade aesthetic, they are learning how to knit, weave, crochet and macramé... skills that not only create heirlooms, but relax us and contribute to positive emotional health. These things are so good for us. It feels good to be a (very) small part of
