Begin
Warp the cricket loom with King Cole opium in black using a double yarn. Easiest is to use 2 balls and pull 1 yarn from each to warp. This pattern consists of 11 horizontal layers using different kind of yarns and only 2 techniques. The basic tabby weave and a hand knot. Use these techniques playfully to create different textures.

Cut the warp off on both sides. To prevent the weave from raveling, tie groups of knots along the bottom. Tie the loose yarns on top of your weave to a copper rod. -x-
