  Develop healthy relations & enjoy them, being happy has a lot to do with
                       your company. Friends are the family you pick for yourself, love them &

                       make it easy for them to love you.

                     Learn to be good to yourself; healthy self esteem, good time management,
                       sound financial wisdom & personal hygiene.

                     Learn to do what you need to do:house keeping, spiritual development,

                       character development, prudence, learning a skill & learning to be selfless
                       is a good prep for getting ready for marriage.

                     Learn to care for yourself, you will need it for yourself & your spouse, be

                       comfortable with who you are, you can only know yourself when you know
                       God Almighty & you can know Him through consciously spending personal

                       time with Him in His Word, in other words, personal Biblical study! Create
                       time. Learn from other Christians too.

                     Set goals & work at achieving them, these goals should be things that

                       matter to you.
                     Make wise choices, informed choices, now this involves self evaluation. It

                       may help to know how to use the internet wisely.
                     As you continue to get ready for a healthy relationship, acquire lessons in

                       life that will add value to you, lessons from past relationships, don't wish to

                       be controlling or be manipulative, be loving, be kind, be forgiving, value self
                       improvement.

                     Validate yourself by God's standards, identify your flaws/shortcomings &

                       work on them, 2Tim1:7. Reflect on your character, what motivates you?
                       What slows you down? Deal with yourself

                     Rather than being critical, learn to see the good in others, rather than being

                       jealous be grateful, instead of envy be gracious, rather than being bossy or
                       domineering, choose to be honest, be sincere & be friendly with yourself &

                       with others. Highlight your strengths & work on your weaknesses.
                      Guard the good deposit that was entrusted to you- guard it with the help

                       of The Holy Spirit who lives in us
