Tuition is the amount of money that someone has to pay to study. Some people
think that paying a tuition at college or university is good for students because it makes
them appreciate education and it guarantees a higher quality of education. In my opinion,
college or university students shouldn’t have to pay anything, so the tuition should be
free. It gives equal opportunities for all to enter to a university, students have a better
academic development and less students leave their studies.
First of all, tuition should be free for college or university students because it gives
equal opportunities to enter to a university. [Students don’t have to worry about paying a
tuition so that they can enter. In addition, education is for all people. There are less
discrimination. However, some people think paying a tuition guarantees a higher quality
of education.]
Another reason to have a tuition free is that students would have a better academic
development. [For example, a student that just focuses his attention on university and
don’t have to work will be a better student. However, people said that if students have to
pay a tuition, they appreciate more their studies. But this is obviously wrong, because
students can be distracted by their jobs.]
Finally, less students leave their studies. [It’s due to less economic problems.
Students just have to invest money in their studies. In addition, they have just to study
hard and this is what really matters.]
In conclusion, having the right to a tuition free should be for every person who
wants to study. It is better for some reasons. . It gives equal opportunities for all to enter
to a university, students have a better academic development and less students leave their
studies.
