* The Design Drafting Technology program was recertified on July 29, 2014 through
August 15, 2015 at the Design Drafter Level from the American Design Drafting
Association.

*The Machine Tool Technology Program was reaccredited by the National Institute
for Metalworking Skills on August 14, 2014. The renewed accreditation is effective
August 14, 2014 through August 14, 2019.

*The Missouri Board for Architects, Professional Engineers, and Land Surveyors
has approved State Technical College of Missouri the opportunity to offer
candidates a licensure as a land surveyor. Class began October 23, 2014.

*The Medical Radiologic Technology program was reaccredited by the Joint Review
Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT). The renewed
accreditation is effective for a period of eight years.

*The Electronics Engineering Technology General Option received reaccreditation
from the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET). The
Electronics Engineering Technology Biomedical Engineering Option was accredited
·- for the first time by ABET. Both programs are accredited through September 2016.

Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER).

*In FY14-15 the Business and Industry Department secured $300,000 in training

I- *Diane Heckemeyer, Civil Engineering Technology and Design Drafting Technology
en Chair, was selected as the Breaking Traditions Female Educator for 2014.

*Diane Heckemeyer, Civil Engineering Technology and Design Drafting Technology
Chair, was inducted into the Missouri S& T Academy of Civil Engineers.

*Katherine Berrey awarded the Physical Therapist Assistant Advanced Proficiency
in education award from the American Physical Therapy Association.

*Katherine Berrey received the Governor's Award for Excellence in Teaching.
Katherine received the award on April 7, 2015 at the Annual Faculty Awards
Luncheon event in Jefferson City, Missouri.

*Linda Franchini, Electronics Engineering Technology Instructor, was selected as
the Breaking Traditions 2015 State Educator Award.

*Tom Markway won the Techie Award - Partner Award from the Office of
Administration.
