Tae Jai
Tae Jai is a social organisation that collaborates with Change Fusion
Institute to create a common space for voluntary work. Members
can propose volunteer projects which are supported by other
members who have access to financial or human resources.
Ms. Sirinart Torviriyalertchai, the project manager explained the
criteria for selecting projects and volunteers. “There are four criterias
for our consideration. Firstly, the project must be beneficial to the
community and the society. The owner could either be an individual
or an organisation. Secondly, the project needs to be a new,
sustainable and measurable social change. Thirdly, the owner must be
able and willing to be inspected. And, lastly, the project needs to be
measurable with regular reporting to make sure the goal is completed.”
“We believe in individual power; everyone can be a volunteer using
their own capability and resources to do some beneficial things.
Anyone who has not joined our projects can also support us by
sharing our stories with others. We do not work alone. We are
supported by social power. We believe everyone can change the world.”
