The quick and easy configurator for your individual hard foam inserts

Hard foam inserts can be custom-made for tools from the current HAHN+KOLB-product range and tailored to your existing drawer dimensions. Plan and design fully
customised tool-equipped hard foam inserts adapted to your requirements in just a few clicks – either using your existing tool collection by photographing with light
box no. 50537 980 or light panel no. 50537 988 and loading the images into our designer software via an SD card, or using the contour scanner no. 50537 988 to
transfer the scanned contours directly into our designer software via the USB cable supplied – quick and simple. You also of course have the option of designing the
hard foam inserts using new tools from our database, using photo-realistic 3D graphics. Once this is done, order the complete package online. The free Designer
Software is easy to use and clearly laid out. In this way, you can make your own personal and completely unique hard foam insert quickly and easily. Planning errors
are eliminated by real-time calculation, integrated contour collision testing and technical feasibility checks. Simply position each tool roughly and move it to the
required location. Use the laser labeller to add your personal signature and give the hard foam insert a certain individual finish.

The software can be used to create any geometric shape.
