Rapid - Base Filler grey 2K L202

• isocyanate-free, universal, quick-drying 2-component base coat
• ideal for painting of parts and minor repairs
• for cleaned and grinded grounds like steel plate, UP-body filler or old
paintwork
• excellent adhesion and corrosion protection
• smooth levelling, excellent grindability
• can be recoated with all standard 1K and 2K top coats
• variable spray head - horizontal or vertical spraying
Pre-treatment:
Remove rust from the ground, grind and clean carefully with
1K-PUR/ASK-Cleaner R540
Application:
• take red push button from the cap and place onto dowel at the can
bottom
• put the can with the cap upside down onto firm underground
• press the red release button with your ball of the thumb until stop
• shake the can thoroughly before and after release for at least 2 min.
• do a test spraying
• spray distance approx. 25 cm
• apply in 2 - 3 spraying processes with 5 - 10 min airing time in
between each spraying operation
• can be recoated wet-in-wet after 20 min. air-drying resp. do a wet or 2-3 times aeration ime: 60 min./20°C P 400-500 Work life:
dry grinding sprayed 5-10 min. 30 min./60°C P 800-1200 24 h/20°C
each aprox.
Processing time: 30 μm overpaintable IR: 15 min.
